Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS to all US addresses.

USPS Ground Advantage - Free on all US orders - 2-5 business days

Carriers may experience delays outside our control during peak season (October-January).

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package at USPS tracking.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only. USPS delivers to PO Boxes normally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the carrier and make it right per our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, before the order ships, and we will correct it.
